Graduated in Economy and Business from the University of Turin, she approached the world of contemporary art, as a collector, in the early 90s. She turned her passion for art into an organized activity, in 1995, when she created the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo of which she is President. In 2017, she founded Fundación Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Madrid. Since 2017, she is also President of the IEO-CCM Foundation, European Institute of Oncology-Monzino Cardiologist Center. She takes part in many International institutions, including the MoMa of New York, the Tate Gallery of London, the New Museum of New York, the Philadelphia Museum Art, the Bard College of New York and the Rockbund Art Museum of Shanghai. In 2019, she received the Leo Award from the ICI-Independent Curators of International of New York and in 2020, she was nominated "Ambassador in the world of Turin excellence".
