Isabella Giraldo Fernández

M&A advisor, lawyer, tax attorney, international tax advisor and entrepreneur. 10 years of experience in top tier international firms (law and audit). Isabella has worked in LATAM and in the EU. Currently a member of the GC Advisory team as an international advisor in corporate finance and M&A.

Isabella originated and acted as an advisor in a cross-border M&A deal between an energy company in Colombia and an Italian leader in the renewable energy sector. She works hand- to-hand with entrepreneurs in fundraising and currently acts as a general legal advisor of start-up in LATAM. Her clients are engaged in diverse industries, e.g. fashion, renewable energy, fintech, food, AI, commodities, digital, design, wine, real estate, leisure, etc.

Isabella holds a minor in gender and sexuality studies of the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
