Anna has over 20 years of business experience, having worked with human resources since the early 2000s. She has helped top companies produce positive results across different countries and cultures, and is well-versed in navigating challenging business situations.

Last few years Anna has been focusing on ESG reporting Frameworks, working with GRI , SASB (IFRS), GHG, CDP and other non-financial Frameworks and Protocols as well as digitalization of reporting and non-financial data. Currently, Anna has her own tech company Generation Impact, dedicated to ESG data management and reporting as well as works in EFRAG as a secondment in kind, in Sector Specific Standards Development Team ESRS. Anna is passionates about computer engineering ( internet of things, web design, security, coding), blockchain, and crypto.
