Megan Galvin has been part of the Programmes team at the UN Global Compact focusing on Gender Equality and Social Sustainability since March of 2020. In her role, she focuses on the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a set of seven principles companies can adopt to advance gender equality in the workplace, marketplace and community, as well as the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool, an online survey companies can take to assess their gender equality performance and find areas for improvement. Previously, Megan was on the Communications team at the UN Global Compact. She has a Masters in Communications from Baylor University with an emphasis on feminist rhetoric.
