Francesca Ragazzi is the Head of Editorial Content for Vogue Italia. Previously as Fashion Market Director of Vogue Italia and L’Uomo Vogue, Ragazzi’s main drive and focus is to coordinate the synergy and the dialogue between key fashion partners and creatives on behalf of the magazines she works for.
After completing her studies in Modern Literature at the Sorbonne University in Paris, Ragazzi started her career at Vogue Italia’s Paris offices in 2010, first as an intern, then as correspondent. Internationally oriented in her professional and private life surroundings, she transitioned to the Vogue US offices in Paris as European Fashion Associate, which subsequently led to her transferring to New York’s Headquarters as Fashion Market Editor where she has worked side by side with editors such as Anna Winotur, Virginia Smith, Grace Coddington and Tonne Goodman.
In the span of 11 years career at Condé Nast, she has collected knowledge from both Vogue Italia and American Vogue harmonizing the insight she gained from the two worlds she had been part of. Ragazzi currently has a daily relationship with key brands creative, comms and marketing teams, participates in brainstormings for new ideas with the editorial team, seeking ways to empower fashion items, leads the editorial team for content development across platforms, forecasts trends and talents locally, seeks omnichannel solutions for the changes in the evolving modern times. Overall she is a liaison between the creative and business sides of fashion, all in service of presenting and maintaining the image of fashion as a powerful force she profoundly believes in.
