The inaugural Generation Female Global Summit was a one-day virtual event, took place on Wednesday, September 16th 2020.
The Summit was feature talks and panels by diverse line-up of women leaders and change-makers from across the globe, to forge an open and supportive community and conversation, where women from all backgrounds can share, explore and learn together.

In line with the Summit’s goal of supporting women, all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the IEO-CCM Foundation (Fondazione Istituto Europeo di Oncologia – Centro Cardiologico Monzino) to support the IEO Women’s Cancer Center. The IEO-CCM Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises funds for experimental and clinical research with the aim of finding the best care for patients.
The IEO (European Institute of Oncology) Women’s Cancer Center is dedicated to women’s cancers, in the field of prevention, early diagnosis, treatment and therapy that takes care of women before, during and after treatment, with a 360° approach to women’s health.
Generation Female Global Summit is the flagship event of Generation Female, a non-profit association set up to empower and support women leaders in their personal and professional capacities, and is organized by ARDM Consulting, a boutique leadership coaching and HR consultancy firm that provides advice and training to optimize performance and leadership.
